In the instance where a client misses their appointment without any sort of communication, that client will be charged for their scheduled service and be blocked from booking any future services. I have a zero tolerance no call/no show policy. If I’m not with a client I don’t make money. I understand that life happens and if there is an emergency scenario/ you’ve fallen ill, please get in contact with me and I will accommodate you to the best of my ability. Otherwise, I expect a 24 hour notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment or you will be charged for the entire service.
